Florian “Flo” Mueck (1973) from Germany, based in Barcelona, worked as a business consultant for almost a decade for KPMG, the global advisory firm. Since 2009 he has dedicated himself to helping companies and individuals improve their performance by teaching them the power of persuasive communication. His specialty is moving people to action in an energetic, unconventional, and memorable way. A collaborator of IESE Business School Barcelona and author of five books, Florian offers transformational communication seminars, keynote speeches and speech coaching, in English, German and Spanish mainly to entrepreneurs and international brands like Banco Santander, King.com, Mast-Jägermeister, Microsoft, Roche, SAP or Viessmann.
Tobias Rodrigues (1976) is a team dynamics specialist and creator of the Badass Teams™ approach, which helps organizations build the mindset and skills needed to achieve extraordinary results while fostering authentic relationships. With a unique background as a former priest, Tobias spent nine years leading communities, supporting terminal patients, and assisting prisoners—experiences that infuse his work with profound insight and empathy. A Canadian-Portuguese facilitator with a Master’s in Conflict Resolution, Tobias delivers workshops, keynote speeches, coaching, and mediation in English, Portuguese, and Spanish mainly to international clients like eBay, Henkel, HP, King, and PayPal. An expert in constructive feedback, clients love Tobias for his energy, enthusiasm, and empathetic presence—as well as his ability to connect deeply.

The Venue – Mas Campassol
Hidden in the lush folds of La Garrotxa’s volcanic nature park near Girona, Mas Campassol is a restored 12th-century farmhouse turned eco-boutique sanctuary. Surrounded by 45 hectares of forest, meadows, and panoramic beauty, this secluded masia blends historic soul with modern comfort. Nine beautifully designed suites, serene gardens, terraces, a swimming pool, and Balinese-inspired furniture invite deep rest and reconnection — with yourself, with others, and with nature.
The Mission – Fundació Empatia
Mas Campassol is also home to Fundació Empatia, a non-profit initiative dedicated to protecting nature, rescuing animals, and cultivating empathy. With two unique sanctuaries — one for wildlife, one for rescued farm animals — the foundation turns awareness into action. Their mantra is simple and true: “The more you love something, the better you protect it.” At ZEN ON FIRE, this mission becomes your experience — as you deepen your own empathy, authenticity, and inner presence.
Our Hosts – Family Iwen
Marc Iwen (center) is a passionate lover of animals and nature. Years ago, he turned vegan — a choice rooted in empathy and curiosity. That’s why all meals at Mas Campassol will be vegan (and absolutely delicious!). The only exception? Freshly laid eggs from happy hens and ducks who roam freely at the farmstead. Marc has traveled to more countries and cultures than the official UN list can name — and he carries that global wisdom with grace. A true source of inspiration, Marc won’t just host ZEN ON FIRE. He’ll be right there with us — present, open, and fully part of the journey.
