ARTCHIMBOLDI
Since 2010, the Artchimboldi, located in the heart of Barcelona, has been my home base for training sessions in the Catalan capital. Founded by Anna, an art, antiques, and design enthusiast, everything at the ‘Artchi’ is a little bit different. Take the homemade healthy food, the big old-school fridge filled with beverages of the good kinds, or the art deco floors and ceilings. Every single brand buddy I’ve brought along has hosted other events there afterward.
EL RACÓ DELS ÀNGELS
Located 1.5 hours away from Barcelona, in the direction of Andorra and beautifully nestled in mountains and pure nature, you’ll find another spectacular training venue. ‘El Racó dels Àngels‘ (Corner of the Angels) is a life project of Rosa. Bubbly and multi-talented, Rosa cooks and coaches, manages and inspires—she is a big heart on two legs. For more than a decade, I’ve been collaborating with her. Whether for Toastmasters club retreats, inspirational retreats, or training sessions, El Racó dels Àngels is always a winner.
KARNER FARMSTEAD
The ‘Karner Gut‘ is a spring of stories, a 500-year-old farmstead nestled in the heart of Austria, just 1.5 hours south of Salzburg. Training at Karner is one of those unique personal growth experiences that you simply cannot find in a supermarket. The owner, Alexander Ruckensteiner, actively participates in this highly exclusive event. Beyond rhetoric and charisma, you will also face a challenging day in the mountains. The breathtaking scenery, combined with wine-fueled hours at the story stove, turns this event into an unforgettable experience.
MASIA ALMANITA
Nestled within an 18th-century 1,800 square meters mansion, Masia Almanita provides various spaces for professional gatherings of up to 30 people. The Green Courtyard serves as the central meeting spot, perfect for shared meals, whether self-prepared or catered.
