What if the keynote speech at your next corporate event wasn’t just inspiring — but also radically human, purpose-driven, and unforgettable?

What if your audience could learn the scientific art of persuasion, laugh out loud, rethink their comfort zones — and, at the same time, help feed hundreds of Barcelonians in need?

That’s not just a keynote.

That’s #KeynoteMeetsCause.

The Project You Support

ALPAN: Alimentos Para Necesitados

Mission Statement: “Que nadie se quede sin comer.” – “Let no one go without food.”

ALPAN is a Rotary-led initiative in Barcelona dedicated to combating food insecurity among the city’s most vulnerable populations. The project operates by collecting food from participating hotels and restaurants, which is then distributed to various social dining rooms (comedores sociales) across the city.

Key Highlights:

Daily Impact: Over 400 meals are delivered each day to eight different social dining rooms in Barcelona, providing nutritious food to those in need.

Collaborative Effort: The project began with a single van and a handful of volunteers and has grown to include numerous volunteers, 30 hotels, and restaurants working together to ensure that no one goes hungry. To date, the program has delivered 1,300,000 meals.

Community Involvement: Volunteers play a crucial role in the daily operations, from collecting food donations to distributing meals, showcasing a strong community commitment to addressing hunger.

Three Big Benefits for You

1. High-Impact Learning
with a Heart

Your audience doesn’t just receive a powerful keynote on the art of persuasion — they walk away knowing their experience contributed to a greater cause. It’s learning with meaning.

2. Corporate Social
Responsibility in Action

Instead of just talking about purpose, your company acts on it. The €5,000 donation to ALPAN feeds hundreds of Barcelonians in need. It’s a tangible expression of values — not just a PR line.

3. Unforgettable
Event Energy

The emotional resonance of giving back amplifies the impact of the keynote. You create a memorable event that lives on in the minds and hearts of your team — far beyond the applause.

Why Speak to Donate?

Since 2006, I’ve been a proud member of the Rotary Club Barcelona Europa. In the tinfoil video, I share one of those countless Rotarian moments of doing good. I love the work we do and the vision we follow:

“Together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change — across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.”

In May 2025, a friend of mine, Georg, approached me and said, “Flo, I’m an investor in this cybersecurity company based in Barcelona. Could you give a one-hour motivational talk for the team of 20?”

I thought, “Cool.” But at the same time, something didn’t feel right. Georg is a friend. It didn’t feel right to ask him for my standard corporate fee.

So I said, “Let’s do it differently. Instead of sending you an invoice, how about you donate to a good cause right here in Barcelona?”

Georg loved the idea. We did it. And just like that — the idea of Keynote Meets Cause was born.

The Keynote Speech:

Rhetoric Is Hard Work – The Science and Sweat Behind Persuasion

In 2009, I turned my passion for public speaking and rhetoric into a profession. As a corporate communication coach, I discovered something surprising:

Hardly anyone — not even great leaders — invests the time and effort needed to truly improve their persuasive skills.

Why? You’ll find the answer in this highly energetic and engaging keynote.

No, I won’t completely transform the rhetorical lives of your participants in one hour — persuasion will always require effort.

But I will give them a powerful framework:

Three systemic building blocks, each with two persuasive elements that will help your team instantly stand out as more compelling communicators.
