My name is Florian, but everyone calls me Flo. My clients — my brand buddies — see me as a European expert in rhetoric and charisma.

Back in 2009, I stood at the edge of financial ruin. One shot left. I turned my greatest passion — public speaking — into my profession. Since then? Thousands of trainings. Thousands of speakers. And a compliment I’ll never forget: “You’re the Jim Carrey of public speaking coaches!” Loved it.

I push when it gets uncomfortable, I welcome emotion as part of learning, and I believe real progress requires friction, courage, and presence. Rhetoric is the essence of what I do. Aristotle still guides me. Why? Because persuasion moves people to act — and in business, that’s gold.
